‘Behind the mask’ is a photography exhibition featuring the people of The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital.
Known for our care and compassion, The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital has always been a place where visitors are made to feel welcome. However, COVID-19 (and the need to wear masks) has placed a barrier in front of our smiles, smiles which comfort, console and reassure. The exhibition shows the faces, the personalities and the smiles of the people behind the mask.
This exhibition was photographed by Pete Warwick, a Birmingham-based photographer. Pete’s work can be found here: petewarwick.co.uk | @petewarwickphoto
