getUBetter is a self recovery app for people with common musculoskeletal injuries or conditions

getUBetter is an easy, safe and effective way to help people self-manage at home, at work and on the move.

The app provides evidence-based self-management support for all common musculoskeletal injuries and conditions, including:

  • Hip pain
  • Back pain
  • Leg Pain
  • Neck pain
  • Shoulder pain
  • Ankle pain

Who is this app for?

Members of our clinical team will let you know if getUBetter is suitable to support your recovery. If so, you will be sent information about how to download and use it.

The getUBetter app is not openly available and is only prescribed by members of our clinical team.

Is it easy to use?

Yes! getUBetter is being successfully used by people across the UK to self-manage their pain and recover. The app is easy to download and use and support is available if you need it.

Do I have to use it?

It is a quick, easy, effective and safe way to help you self manage your injury or condtion, and recover. We encourage you to use it. We recognise that some people cannot, or prefer not to use technology. Our regular services are still available and more written information about self-management and recovery can be shared with you.

How can I access getUBetter

The app is prescribed. If our clinical team think getUBetter is a suitable tool for you to use to support your recovery, they will make it available to you.
