We need two Non-Executive Directors

The ROH are seeking two new Non-Executive Directors, one with a strong commercial and partnership-working background and a further offering clinical experience and/or an academic skillset to join our high-performing and ambitious Board. As a Non-Executive Director at the ROH, you will bring experience at Board level in complex organisations and need to demonstrate strong influencing skills, the ability to challenge and hold others to account. You will play a leading role in setting the Trust’s strategic direction, improving Trust performance and promoting the highest standards of probity and governance. Most importantly you will share our focus on ensuring the users of our services are always our first priority.
