About JointCare

Based on the latest evidence from around the world, the JointCare programme is setting new standards for NHS hip and knee replacement surgery in England. JointCare is based on a model of ‘wellness’ focussed on movement and recovery. Since the introduction of this programme we now regularly see patients go home just 24 – 48 hours after their surgery. The Royal Orthopaedic Hospital is a specialist centre for joint replacement. We are the only hospital in the UK offering the JointCare programme.

Do you suffer from arthritic hip or knee pain that severely limits your daily activities? Our consultants can carefully examine and diagnose your particular joint problem to assess whether you would benefit from joint replacement. Your choice: your JointCare journey
